Asset Management / O&M Supervision

Scope Of Work

Undertake single point responsibility for monitoring the operation and maintenance of the projects.
Depute our skilled engineers at the operating wind and solar farm location for daily monitoring of operational projects.
Undertake single point responsibility for monitoring the operation and maintenance of the projects.
Monthly monitoring report will cover Details of Energy generation, reactive power consumption, HT charges (import bill) monitoring, down time of the WEGs, maintenance and spare consumption during the month.
Analysis of collected information and data available at site and preparation of report for the wind and solar farm.
Necessary assistance to client for settlement of any and all disputed or undisputed claims raised by the contractors / vendors and arbitration cases etc.
Approve and ensure work as per O&M manuals with details of Wind Turbine, BoP, Invoicing and JMR procedures, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) manuals,
Ensure streamlining of all O&M activities, revenue generation from wind farm thru sale of power to DISCOM, etc, whichever applicable.
Ensure through developer’s timely submission of documents for JMR, timely preparation and submission of Invoice against Generation, submission of REC claims.
Daily Performance and Breakdown monitoring of wind farm(s) of Wind Project(s), addressing faults in Wind Turbines with O&M Contractor, timely resolution of failures at site and submission of Fault Analysis and Prevention report.
Ensure streamlining of Monthly performance reporting of Wind Farm performance and submission of proofs for claim of Grid Failure, Force Majeure, etc.
Verify and certify all claims and payment of O&M Contractor or any other agency involved.
Monitor the SCADA parameters, event logs and propose predictive analysis for better Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of wind turbines.
Prepare and submit monthly O&M reports detailing - all O&M activities, corrections carried out with pictures, major fault identification and their rectification, root cause analysis of major breakdowns, cumulative revenue generation for client with details of sale of power, number of RECs issued, etc., whichever applicable.
Ensure for safety across all contracts and work groups. All personnel must be fully knowledgeable of the potential hazards involved in the work they supervise and the safe practices to be followed in their work.
Ensure that the Wind Farm Operator provides sufficient manpower, special tools, accessories and spare parts as necessary for the O&M activities.
Review the Scheduling and Forecasting data to given by Qualified Coordinating Agency(QCA) and Coordinate with QCA to minimize the deviation charges and submit a separate report to client on monthly basis.
Prepare punch points/ check list for proper completion/close out of all activities like Preventive Maintenance, Scheduled Maintenance, Major Breakdown rectification, with joint verification by client/external agencies as and when required. To ensure active participation to liquidate all punch points/observations and submit the same to client.
Provide necessary backup/technical assistance to client for Coordination with Wind farm operator.
Other services such as acceptance, inspection, certification of invoices submitted by Wind farm operator and other contractors and suppliers, if any. Review & interpretation of Contract documents and ensuring final settlement of contractor’s bills including extra items and deviations at the end of contract period.
